Faye C. Cautin was raised in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Ms. Cautin attended Temple University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She studied law at Villanova University School of law where she was an Associate Editor on the Law Review, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2011. During her summers at Villanova Law, Ms. Cautin clerked for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.

Ms. Cautin focuses her practice on Civil Litigation, as well as general Corporate and Business representation. Ms. Cautin's experience includes representing businesses in matters ranging from entity formation, governance and employment, to complex financing transactions and commercial real estate development. She has also represented community associations and their members, nonprofits and start-ups in various transactional and litigation matters.

Ms. Cautin now lives in Chester County with her husband and two boys, where she spends her free time taking advantage of the area's multitude of parks and outdoor activities. She is a member of the Chester County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice law before all Pennsylvania courts.
